    These Terms constitute a complete understanding between You and Mw Gaming Casino regarding any matters covered by them. We may make changes or modifications at our sole discretion, which will be effective as set forth in Section 3 above. Upon any dispute arising out of these changes, the laws of the Philippines shall govern.

14. Invalidity of Provisions

    If a court determines that one or more provisions in this Agreement is invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, all other parts hereof will continue to be binding and enforceable to the fullest extent possible.

15. Severability

    The parties agree that if any provision contained herein is held by an authority to be illegal, invalid, voidable or otherwise unenforceable for any reason whatsoever, the validity of all remaining provisions shall not thereby be affected, and each provision shall stand alone so as to be enforceable independently to the fullest extent permitted under law.

16. No Waiver

    No failure on our part to assert a right hereunder will constitute a waiver or surrender thereof, nor shall it preclude us from exercising any such rights at another time. We may choose not to exercise immediate enforcement of all obligations without impairing their validity in the future.

18. Notice

20. Entire Terms

    These Terms constitute the entire agreement between You and Mw Gaming Casino regarding the use of the Service and supersede all previous agreements, discussions and communications or whether verbal or in writing relating thereto.
